§ 25-42-11-1

The provisions of this compact are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of the compact is declared to be contrary to the constitution of any party state or of the United States, or if the applicability of the compact to any government, agency, person, or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the compact and the applicability of the compact to any government, agency, person, or circumstance is not affected.As added by P.L.135-2019, SEC.5.
