(b) If a party state takes an adverse action under subsection (a):(1) the party state shall promptly notify the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system; and(2) the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system shall promptly notify the home state of any adverse actions taken by remote states.As added by P.L.135-2019, SEC.5.
