However, the following apply:(1) A nurse who changes primary state of residence after the effective date of this compact shall meet all applicable requirements of section 3 of this chapter to obtain a multistate license from a new home state.(2) If the nurse fails to satisfy the multistate licensure requirements of section 3 of this chapter due to a disqualifying event occurring after the effective date of this compact:(A) the nurse is ineligible to retain or renew a multistate license; and(B) the nurse's multistate license must be revoked or deactivated in accordance with applicable rules adopted by the commission.As added by P.L.135-2019, SEC.5.
