Upon an order of the commission directing that payment be made out of the auctioneer recovery fund, the commission shall, subject to sections 4 through 5 of this chapter, make the payment out of the auctioneer recovery fund as provided in section 5 of this chapter.As added by P.L.256-1987, SEC.4.
