An individual who is licensed under this chapter shall comply with the requirements of:(1) the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts published by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or its successor; or(2) another professional and ethical set of rules for behavior analysts published by an entity approved by the committee.As added by P.L.212-2021, SEC.11.
