(a) As used in this section, 'eyelash extensions' means strands of silk, mink, or another synthetic or natural material that are applied one (1) at a time and fixed to an individual's natural eyelashes.(b) The application of eyelash extensions as described in subsection (a) is exempt from regulation under this article.As added by P.L.55-2021, SEC.3.
