The board shall issue a license to an applicant who:(1) receives a minimum grade of seventy-five percent (75%) on both the written and practical examinations described in section 8 of this chapter; and(2) complies with the remaining requirements for a license set forth in this article.As added by P.L.257-1987, SEC.3.
