If:(1) the board cannot determine whether an applicant has complied with section 2 of this chapter at the time the application is filed; and(2) the board determines that the board will require more than fifteen (15) days to determine if the applicant has complied with section 2 of this chapter;then the board shall issue a temporary beauty culture salon license to the applicant.As added by P.L.257-1987, SEC.6.
