A person licensed under this chapter may not engage in beauty culture outside a beauty culture salon unless that person:(1) has the permission of a person who holds a cosmetology salon license and:(A) employs the person licensed under this chapter; or(B) leases or subleases a portion of a salon to the person licensed under this chapter; and(2) complies with any other practice restrictions regarding this section established by the board.As added by P.L.257-1987, SEC.8.
