2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 of this chapter, this article, as effective on December 31, 1985, applies to any questions of priority if the positions of the parties were fixed before January 1, 1986. In other cases, questions of priority shall be determined by this article.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.416.
