Except as provided in sections 301 through 306 of this chapter, a transaction validly entered into before July 1, 2023, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid after June 30, 2023, and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by law other than IC 26-1 or, if applicable, by IC 26-1 as though the act had not taken effect.As added by P.L.199-2023, SEC.91.
