If there are deposited with or held by a warehouseman goods of which he is owner, either solely or jointly, or in common with others, and if the warehouseman, or his officer, agent, or servant, knowing the ownership, issues a negotiable receipt for the goods which does not state the ownership, he commits a Class A misdemeanor.Formerly: Acts 1921, c.100, s.53.
