A licensee shall:(1) conspicuously display the licensee's license in the licensee's main office and at each facility included under the license;(2) conspicuously display in each operational office the approved schedule of charges for services; and(3) conspicuously display at each facility all charts and diagrams provided to the facility by the agency.Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.268, SEC.1; Acts 1974, P.L.120, SEC.15.
