The board, in coordination with the agency, shall develop educational information to be made available electronically to producers, grain buyers, and warehouse operators, explaining the following:(1) The purpose of the fund.(2) How the fund is operated.(3) An explanation of coverage under the program, including the duration of coverage and limits on losses.(4) The process for claiming a refund.(5) The process for reentering the program.(6) Where a producer may locate information about the producer's status in the program.As added by P.L.145-2017, SEC.20.
