§ 26-4-8-1

A person who knowingly or intentionally refuses or fails to:(1) collect from producers under the program; or(2) pay producer premiums collected from producers under the program;commits a Class A misdemeanor. In addition to the criminal penalty under this section, the grain buyer must also pay to the fund money collected from producers and owed to the fund.As added by P.L.250-1995, SEC.1.
