'Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System' or 'HCPCS' refers to the version of the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System:(1) the use of which is required by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.); and(2) that is in effect on January 1, 2018.As added by P.L.124-2018, SEC.1.
