(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title or as reported under section 1 of this chapter, a reference:(1) in this title; and(2) to a document not described this chapter;is a reference to the document as in effect on January 1, 2018.(b) The department shall maintain, as a public record:(1) an electronic version on the department's Internet web site; and(2) a paper copy;of each document to which there is a reference in this title, including each version of a document that is amended over time.As added by P.L.124-2018, SEC.1.
