The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to prescribe minimum standards for the establishment of reserves as required by the Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual for insurers writing Class 2 and Class 3 lines of business.As added by P.L.130-1994, SEC.21 and P.L.116-1994, SEC.28.
