An individual who performed the functions of a person representing a fraternal benefit society before July 1, 1977, is not required to take an examination, but is entitled to have an insurance producer's license issued to the individual, subject to IC 27-1-15.7 and the requirements of this chapter.As added by P.L.132-2001, SEC.3.
