(b) An insurer shall require a person who sells, solicits, or negotiates insurance in Indiana by any means of communication on behalf of the insurer to be licensed under this chapter.(c) A violation of subsection (b) is deemed an unfair method of competition and an unfair and deceptive act and practice in the business of insurance under IC 27-4-1-4.As added by P.L.132-2001, SEC.3.
