(b) Upon request of an insurance producer, the commissioner may issue a certificate described in subsection (a).(c) The commissioner may impose and collect a reasonable fee for a certificate issued under subsection (b).(d) The commissioner shall establish guidelines to implement this section.As added by P.L.173-2007, SEC.11.
