§ 27-1-2-3-2-8

Effective 1-1-2025.Sec. 2.8. As used in this chapter, 'clean claim' means a claim for payment for ambulance service:(1) that is submitted to a health plan by an ambulance service provider; and(2) about which there is no defect, impropriety, or particular circumstance requiring special treatment that may prevent or delay payment.As added by P.L.163-2024, SEC.5.
