As used in this chapter, 'generic drug' means a drug product that is identified by the drug's chemical name and that is:(1) accepted by the federal Food and Drug Administration;(2) available from at least three (3) sources; and(3) therapeutically equivalent to an originating brand name drug.As added by P.L.68-2020, SEC.1.
