As used in this chapter, 'maximum allowable cost list' means a list of drugs that is used:(1) by a pharmacy benefit manager; and(2) to set the maximum amount that may be reimbursed to a pharmacy or pharmacist for a drug.As added by P.L.68-2020, SEC.1.
