§ 27-1-28-23

If an independent adjuster uses an automated claims adjudication system, the independent adjuster shall maintain proof of the certification described in section 3(4) of this chapter and provide the proof of certification to the commissioner upon request.As added by P.L.11-2011, SEC.22.
