An amount payable under section 13 of this chapter that is greater than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be paid:(1) in installments under section 18(c) of this chapter; or(2) under a structured settlement negotiated under section 18(d) of this chapter.As added by P.L.272-1987, SEC.7.
