The commission may act:(1) through the vote of a majority of members at a meeting at which at least six (6) members are present; or(2) through the commissioner, pursuant to powers granted to the commission under this chapter and delegated to the commissioner by the vote of a majority of members at a meeting at which at least six (6) members are present.As added by P.L.162-1986, SEC.1.
