§ 27-1-29-8

(b) All expenses incurred by the commission in administering the political subdivision catastrophic liability fund established by IC 27-1-29.1 shall be paid from the political subdivision catastrophic liability fund.(c) All expenses incurred by the commission that are not incurred directly in connection with the administration of the political subdivision risk management fund or the political subdivision catastrophic liability fund shall be paid equally from each fund.As added by P.L.162-1986, SEC.1.
