(b) If a domestic insurer is a member of an 'insurance holding company system' (as defined in IC 27-1-23-1), the term 'domestic insurer' also includes:(1) any person in immediate control of the domestic insurer; and(2) any affiliate:(A) in which the domestic insurer has invested; or(B) that is indebted to the domestic insurer.As added by P.L.244-1989, SEC.2.
