The foreign insurer shall submit the report on or before:(1) the date on which a domestic insurer would be required to file an RBC report under this chapter; or(2) fifteen (15) days after the foreign insurer receives the request;whichever occurs later.(b) Upon the written request of the commissioner, a foreign insurer shall promptly submit to the commissioner a copy of any RBC plan that the foreign insurer has filed with the insurance commissioner of any other state.As added by P.L.186-1996, SEC.1.
