As used in this chapter, 'clinical peer' means a practitioner or other health care provider who either:(1) holds a current and valid license in any United States jurisdiction;(2) has been granted reciprocity in the state, if reciprocity exists; or(3) holds a license that is part of a compact in which the state has entered.As added by P.L.190-2023, SEC.15.
