As used in this chapter, 'fixed fee schedule' means a total listing of fees used by a health plan to reimburse health care providers or facilities whether:(1) the fixed fee schedule is based on or equal to Medicare reimbursement for the same health care service; or(2) the health plan provides the fixed fee schedule to the health care provider.As added by P.L.203-2023, SEC.19.
