§ 27-1-38-13

This chapter does not prevent a depository institution or an affiliate of a depository institution that lends money or extends credit from placing insurance on real or personal property if a customer fails to provide insurance that is required under terms of a loan agreement or credit agreement.As added by P.L.130-2002, SEC.2.
