(b) This chapter does not do the following:(1) Impose corporate governance standards or internal procedures that are not otherwise required under IC 27.(2) Limit the commissioner's authority, or the rights and obligations of third parties, under IC 27-1-3.1.As added by P.L.146-2015, SEC.19.
