If a CGAD is submitted by an insurer as a member of an insurance group, the lead state commissioner of the insurance group (as determined by the procedures in the Financial Analysis Handbook) shall:(1) review a CGAD submitted under section 6 of this chapter; and(2) make any requests for additional information.As added by P.L.146-2015, SEC.19.
