(2) Take action that is necessary or appropriate to enforce this chapter.(3) If a provider violates this chapter, issue an order to do the following:(A) Require a provider to cease and desist.(B) Prohibit a provider from offering, issuing, or selling a service contract in Indiana.(C) Impose a civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation.As added by P.L.129-2014, SEC.10.
