§ 27-1-6-6

The articles of incorporation shall be:(1) prepared and signed in triplicate originals by all of the incorporators, or, in the case of a redomestication under IC 27-1-6.5, by the corporate officers if the original incorporators are no longer available;(2) acknowledged by at least three (3) of the incorporators or corporate officers before a notary public; and(3) presented in triplicate originals to the department at the office of the department.Formerly: Acts 1935, c.162, s.66.
