§ 27-1-7-23

A director, officer, agent, or employee of any company who knowingly subscribes, makes, or concurs in making or publishing any annual or other statement required by law, containing any material statement which is false, commits a Class A misdemeanor.Formerly: Acts 1935, c.162, s.100.
