The articles of amendment shall be prepared and signed in triplicate originals by the president or a vice-president and by the secretary or an assistant secretary of the corporation, and shall be acknowledged before a notary public by the officers signing the articles and shall be presented in triplicate originals to the department at its office, for the approval or disapproval of the department.Formerly: Acts 1935, c.162, s.105.
