A bail agent who discontinues writing bail bonds during the period for which the bail agent is licensed shall:(1) notify the clerks of the circuit court and the sheriffs with whom the bail agent is registered; and(2) return the bail agent's license to the commissioner for cancellation;within thirty (30) days after the discontinuance.As added by P.L.261-1985, SEC.1.
