'Grievance' means a written complaint submitted in accordance with the formal grievance procedure of a health maintenance organization by or on behalf of:(1) the enrollee or subscriber regarding any aspect of the health maintenance organization relative to the enrollee or subscriber; or(2) an individual who would be an enrollee or a subscriber under an individual contract or a group contract regarding the health maintenance organization's decision to rescind the individual contract or group contract.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
