'Participating provider' means a provider who, under an express or implied contract with:(1) the health maintenance organization; or(2) a contractor of the health maintenance organization or any subcontractor of a contractor of the health maintenance organization;has agreed to provide health care services to enrollees with an expectation of directly or indirectly receiving payment, other than copayment or deductible, from the health maintenance organization.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
