§ 27-13-1-32

'Subscriber' means:(1) an individual whose employment status or other status, except family dependency, is the basis for eligibility for enrollment in the health maintenance organization; or(2) in the case of an individual contract, the person in whose name the contract is issued.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
