'Subscriber premiums' means money or any other thing of value paid or given in consideration to a health maintenance organization, agent, or solicitor on account of or in connection with a contract under which a health maintenance organization provides or arranges for the delivery of health care benefits to enrollees.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
