(b) The work product or determination, or both, of an independent review organization under this chapter are admissible in a judicial or administrative proceeding. However, the work product or determination, or both, do not, without other supporting evidence, satisfy any party's burden of proof or persuasion concerning any material issue of fact or law.As added by P.L.133-1999, SEC.7.
