A health maintenance organization or limited service health maintenance organization shall establish and maintain a grievance procedure for the resolution of grievances initiated by enrollees and subscribers of the organization. The grievance procedure of a health maintenance organization or limited service health maintenance organization must be approved by the commissioner.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
