A health maintenance organization or limited service health maintenance organization shall maintain records regarding all grievances of enrollees that the organization has received since the examination by the commissioner of the grievance procedure of the organization that immediately preceded the receipt of the grievances.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
