A health maintenance organization that is in operation on July 1, 1994, shall make:(1) a deposit with the commissioner equal to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) on July 1, 1994; and(2) an additional deposit with the commissioner equal to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) by December 31, 1995.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
