A health maintenance organization whose certificate of authority is suspended may not, during the period of suspension:(1) enroll any additional enrollees, except newborn children or other newly acquired dependents of existing enrollees; or(2) engage in any advertising or solicitation.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
