(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a completed application for a certificate of authority is considered approved one hundred twenty (120) days after the completed application is submitted to the commissioner.(b) If the commissioner issues an order under IC 27-13-24-3(b) within one hundred twenty (120) days after a completed application is submitted under subsection (a), the review and processing of the application are subject to IC 27-13-24-3 and IC 27-13-24-4.As added by P.L.195-1996, SEC.4.
